Erika Carillo – Paralegal

Erika Carillo - Paralegal Ms. Carillo began working for Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan in 2003 and has been an important part of the firm’s growth. Ms. Carillo works closely with our attorneys and clients on nearly every case that Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan undertakes. Erika helps our skilled attorneys complete discovery, handles calendaring, drafts and answers requests for records, and conducts new client intakes.

Ms. Carillo’s position at the firm allows her to work directly with clients from the initial client meeting up through trial in many of our cases. As a member of our litigation team, Ms. Carillo helps to keep our clients informed of important court dates, she assists the firm’s clients with responding to discovery, and keeps our clients fully informed on any new developments surrounding their particular case.

Ms. Carillo holds a Paralegal degree from an ABA approved program.

Itzel Cervantes – Paralegal

Ms. Cervantes began working for Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan in 2007. Ms. Cervantes handles a variety of matters for our clients.

Ms. Cervantes plays a major role in the firm’s daily operations, which includes helping clients, preparing and filing legal documents, working closely with the attorneys on a case-by-case basis, and providing superior services to our clients. Ms. Cervantes is very detail oriented and takes great pride her work.

Ms. Cervantes is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton and has earned her BA of Arts degree with an emphasis in English and Literature. Itzel’s superior writing skills, as well as her educational and professional backgrounds, bring a great deal of knowledge and writing ability to the firm.

Leslie Leon- Client Relations

Leslie Leon- Client Relations Ms. Leon joined Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan 2012 and has been an integral part of the firm from the start. Ms. Leon is currently working on her BA degree in Accounting and Liberal Arts. As a former member of the United States Navy, Ms. Leon brings with her a vast majority of team experience and professionalism.

Ms. Leon assists the attorneys in several client-related matters including calendaring and trial preparation. Ms. Leon also handles the firm’s public outreach programs and should be contacted for any media related issues. Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan strives in providing unmatched legal services to its clients and Ms. Leon helps us achieve their mission.

Sal Hanna – Private Investigator

Sal Hanna - Private Investigator Sal W. Hanna joined Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan in 2006. Mr. Hanna is recognized as an expert in the field of Criminal Justice, Counter Surveillance Measures, Surveillance, Security and Private Investigations. He holds multiple degrees in those fields including; a Masters of Science in the Administration of Justice and Security, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. In addition to his employment with Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan, Mr. Hanna is an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice for a Nationally Accredited College.

Mr. Hanna brings with him an enormous amount of knowledge and expertise in the field of Criminal Justice which includes the location of witnesses when necessary. As a licensed California Private Investigator, Mr. Hanna assists in the investigation of criminal matters. Mr. Hanna handles the location of witnesses to crimes, the service of process and subpoenas on necessary individuals, and other related matters. In providing his expertise and knowledge, Mr. Hanna is a key resource to the attorneys at Wilson, Kyncl & Khashan.
